DUST CARRIED ON THE WIND BOOK 1
CONTINUUM DUST CARRIED ON THE WIND
The beautiful and spoiled Annora Baldwin, Thruston Cortely a poor dirt farmer, Monique Brite, and the runaway slave Kuloe from the Argus Plantation in Georgia, are survivors sought after by an existing Dog Cult, worshipping the three-headed dog “Cerberus,” the hound that guards the gates of Hades. Such was the reason young girls in the town of Yorkshire, Virginia were sacrificed with countless other murders in 1829 for the sake of placating their, DIETY ”Cerberus”, not to mention the pleasure his followers derived from committing such ungodly acts.
The Dog Cult followers were ordinary people; next door neighbors, farmers, even a loved one. In essence, it could be anyone going about their daily living. The Dog Cult had been able to go undetected for years, until one night just before dawn a mutilated body of a young girl entangled in a fishing net surfaces in the murky harbor waters. For four nights just before dawn, four girls were discovered each night in the nets of the Wilson brothers, sending fear coursing through the veins of the strongest of men giving rise to unspeakable superstitions.
The residents of Yorkshire, Virginia, still talk about the brutal manner in which the girls were murdered. The circumstances of the murders have left an indelible impression on the minds of the young and old. Young girls lay in bed at night horrified at the thought that they could have been one of those girls sacrificed to the three-headed dog “Cerberus.”
